CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show and forfeited without refund due to scheduling impacts.
